The Service which Uniee offers for purchase comprises coins and gifts that are digital elements of the user interface (a kit of images and buttons) that Members can interact with. You may use coins to send gifts to other Members as a way to express your appreciation, show your liking for them, or simply to gain their attention.
Meanwhile, as pieces of code and images, coins and gifts are the intellectual property of Uniee and are distributed under license to enhance your user experience (the “Licensed Content”). Uniee is the sole proprietor of this intellectual property and holds all intellectual property rights related to it.
By purchasing coins, the Member acquires a limited, revocable, non-transferable, and non-sublicensable worldwide license to access and use the coins as part of the Service to interact with unique elements of the user interface (the “gifts” buttons) and communicate with other Members more effectively. Any other use of the Licensed Content is strictly prohibited.
Coins are displayed to users as small images within the standard user interface of the Service, while gifts appear as a set of various buttons that allow Members to achieve the aforementioned goal and communicate with each other. When a user presses a “gift” button, another user can see it and may pay attention to it, potentially leading to a conversation with the sender.
The Licensed Content has no cash equivalent, monetary, or other value and does not constitute currency or property of any kind. The Licensed Content cannot and must not be sold or otherwise transferred to third parties, including other users or Members. It cannot be used outside the Uniee Service, nor can it be exchanged for cash, goods, services, or anything else of value. Neither Members nor other users have proprietary, ownership, or monetary interest in the Licensed Content, which remains the intellectual property of Uniee. Due to its digital nature, users are not entitled to refunds for the Licensed Content. The Licensed Content is fully consumed immediately after purchase and is displayed through the Service. You must not purchase, sell, barter, or trade any of the Licensed Content, nor offer to do so (whether for money, other consideration, or items of value, inside or outside the Uniee Service). Uniee and users acknowledge that any such attempted transaction will be null and void.
For the avoidance of doubt, the Licensed Content has no real-world currency equivalent and does not serve as a substitute for real currency. Neither Uniee nor any other person or entity is obligated to exchange the Licensed Content for anything of value, including real currency.
Uniee reserves the right to modify the Licensed Content at its sole discretion. Such changes may affect its rarity, desirability, effectiveness, or functionality. Uniee may also terminate or revoke a license and restrict the use of the Licensed Content at any time, for any reason or no reason, without prior notice or liability.
You are prohibited from engaging in or soliciting:
the exchange of Licensed Content for money, donations, or anything of value;
requests for money, donations, or anything of value in exchange for the Licensed Content;
the offering or requesting of any items, including but not limited to merchandise, services, favors, or private conversations that may be associated with monetary value in exchange for the Licensed Content.
