Uniee Terms of Purchase

You will have the opportunity to access and purchase a variety of products and services that are offered through our platform. These products and services are designed to enhance your experience and provide you with valuable features, functionalities, and content. By choosing to make a purchase, you are engaging in a transaction that grants you access to the specific offerings available at the time, and you may also be eligible for special promotions, exclusive deals, or additional services that we periodically introduce. Before proceeding, it is important that you carefully review the subscription or purchase details that we provide.

Credits and/or other units (such as minutes) do not have a fixed monetary value. The cost of each credit (and/or other unit) may fluctuate significantly depending on the package you select and any promotional offers that may be available from time to time, which can vary by region or package size.

Subscription fees may also change periodically, based on factors like region and subscription duration.

We frequently test new features and payment options, which could affect pricing or payment methods.

The number of credits needed for a specific feature in the platform may change over time, and you may not be notified in advance. Additionally, whether certain features are free may depend on whether the user has a guest account (e.g., no purchases made or zero credit balance) or is a paying subscriber.

Prices displayed may vary depending on the country, due to factors such as exchange rates, local taxes, and costs related to regional operations.

In certain cases, payment options may not be available in your local currency. In such instances, you will either need to pay the specified price in the foreign currency, or the price will be converted into a foreign currency (such as USD or EUR), and you will be charged that equivalent amount.

When purchasing our services via Google Play, the App Store, iTunes, Apple ID, or other authorized platforms, your order will be subject not only to our Terms and Privacy Policy but also to the terms and privacy policies of those platforms. Any cancellation policies of those platforms will take precedence over ours.

To ensure uninterrupted service, Uniee automatically renews all paid subscriptions upon expiration (excluding credits or other units, unless you have opted in for automatic top-ups). This renewal occurs on the subscription’s expiration date or the closest business day thereafter, unless you notify us before the renewal date that you wish to cancel your subscription. The renewal period will be disclosed to you before you finalize your purchase and will also appear in your purchase confirmation. By accepting these Terms, you acknowledge that your account is subject to automatic renewals. For purchases made via Google Play, the App Store, iTunes, Apple ID, or other authorized platforms, your order will be governed by both our Terms and Privacy Policy and the terms and privacy policies of those platforms. Their cancellation and refund policies will override ours. This means that the decision to issue a refund during the "cooling-off" period is determined by Google or Apple, and Uniee has no control over their decision. Therefore, by signing up for our services through these mobile apps, you acknowledge that you may not receive a refund if you cancel during the "cooling-off" period. Any disputes related to refunds must be addressed with Google or Apple, not Uniee.
